A PRELUDE TO OUR CHIAPAS TRIP
We (Denver & Katie) recently had the opportunity to travel to one of the communities that produce the coffee we roast at Café Sed, a town called Salvador Urbina, Chiapas, Mexico.
The farming families welcomed us with open arms & open hearts, allowing us to invade their homes (and pellet them with questions) for a week. Truly, this community of extremely hard working men & women has inspired us enormously to share their stories, and give their coffee the respect it deserves.
We hope with this series of blog posts, you all can be inspired in the same way we were by the beauty and complexity of life & coffee.
